New Ways to Collect Guest Feedback

At Venga, we know no two restaurants are the same and no one solution can fit all. With this in mind, we expanded our offerings to collect guest feedback to include texting and receipt reminders. Choose one or more ways that work best for your brand! And remember – since Venga is integrated with point-of-sale data – we tie feedback to servers, menu items, and contact information. Email The day after a visit, Venga will automatically email your guests requesting their feedback. These emails (and the subsequent survey) are completely branded to your concept from images to text.

Receipt Reminders Customize the text on the bottom of your guests’ receipts. They will be prompted to go to a website to take an online survey.

Texting Another way to customize the bottom of your receipts! In this version, prompt guests to text their check number to your dedicated feedback phone number. After sending their check number, they will get a link to a mobile survey.

Feedback Survey Each of these three feedback prompts will take guests to your branded, mobile-friendly survey. Customize the images, text, question types, thank you page, and more to fit with your brand and get the information you want.
