Dig Deeper Into Guest Feedback

We’re thrilled to announce new keyword search and sentiment analysis on the feedback section of the Venga dashboard! You can now see when your menu staples, seasonal items, or servers appear in the body of a guest review. Filter by review source (OpenTable, Yelp, etc.), rating, or time period and gauge whether the language surrounding that item trends positive or negative.

In the sample above, sangria and the patio make guests happy while the veal and rushed service leave something to be desired. This is just one way to easily and quickly dig into the mass amounts of review data your restaurant collects. Stay tuned for more upgrades we will be making to our feedback management system!
